MISSION STATEMENT:  The mission of Jaymerica Libation Consultation is about information.  To inform the public or persons in the hospitality industry or the alcohol industry about the history and facts behind some of the world’s greatest alcoholic creations and the people behind them in order to gain a greater understanding and appreciation of their favorite libations.

CREDENTIALS:  The founder of Jaymerica Libation Consultation, Jay Johnson, has been in the beer, wine and spirits business for close to 20 years.

Achievements are held with a Specialist of Wine Certification with the Society of Wine Educators of Washington D.C. and a Specialist of Spirits Certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust of London, England.
